We are delighted to announce that the Pacific Rim Research Libraries Alliance (PRRLA) Annual Meeting 2025 will be held from October 29-31, 2025, at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan.
This annual meeting will invite library leaders and professionals from more than 40 member libraries to discuss the latest trend of the industry and related issues. The theme of this year is “Preserving Culture, Driving Discovery: PRRLA Libraries in the Age of Digital and AI Innovations. (https://pacificrimlibraries.org/annual-meeting/)

Sponsorship Opportunities
As a sponsor, your organization will be acknowledged on the PRRLA Annual Meeting website, and you may include a piece of promotional material to be distributed to attendees at Tohoku University. We anticipate participation from over 100 individuals, including University Librarians, Directors, and their senior staff members.

You may wish to fill out and return the application form by 30 June 2025 (HKT). It contains all necessary details, and the final decision will be subject to the approval of the PRRLA Steering and Program Committees.
